yeah....every spp has some benefits for the LT holders...some short term traders avoid post spp phase as the price mostly slides down to the spp price (in most cases)so it is good for the shorters...
but if you have a horizon beyond the first shipping date, this is a good opportunity to buy as the money goes to the company and they will be in a better position to deliver on the final outcome....
so every trader has his or her own plans and everyone gets equal chance in the long run to average out...
