I am quite confident that, there's probably some peeps lined up and want to fast track this project. There is a reason for this after all. I doubt SP will change, may actually get a raise coz things are going ahead seemingly quick. Plus, it mentions the opportunity being open to sophisticated investors, so its not your avg tom,dick or harry.
