They said no CR at first, then they sped it up ahead and went for it. This can mean only one thing, someone, or many really BIG people/companies are lined up with cold hard cash for the company to progress ASAP.
No need to get emotional that you didn't get a slice of the action. This is how it mostly happens anyways, apart from a few examples.
