VUL takes pride in the ESG role. The fact that it's own chairman has benefited personally has scored it's own goal and thrown away it's GOVERNANCE role down the gutter. What a joke !!!! The BOD should try to restore it's relevance by either allowing ALL sh's to participate on same basis or he reframe from such unfair practices
