Very well timed re inclusion in 300 index. And as offer documents go it is extremely well written and is as clear as a bell. Yes could be spin but could also represent the very focussed and transparent operating machine that is Vulcan. As a once financial commentator I would give them 10/10 for investor communications. On the investment side it appears unlike Kuniko it is not first in first served when it comes to the SPP. This is fairer. I look forward to reading the opinions of other Vulcaneers but in my humble opinion it is at the very least times to perfection.
