i believe shaw absolutely foresaw and planned that happening. Slx were blindsided imo. It wasnt listing rules fault that retail got a worse deal than non holders. It was shaw and their clients winning the negotiation, driving price so low that they had to reduce retail shares offered by increasing our spp price.
On a positive, i hope they learned from this experience for their bigger and more strategic future negotiations
