Trading volumes are quite limited and can easily be manipulated by selling a relatively small quantity of shares. Not long ago, the company went on a share buy back. This irrational decision is followed not long after with the shocking $0.20 capital raising.
Highly controversial as the amount raised should have been financed from debts instead of diluting minority shareholders.
