I think it's a terrible raise given what looks an unnecessarily large discount to the trading price, but I suspect it's created an opportunity. The theoretical price created by the raise is 34.6 cents, but it's trading at 27 cents. I've picked some up there and will participate in the raising and end up with a bigger position than I expected a few days ago in the company.
