The most disappointing is the lack of details of the company's annoucemnet about the purpose of the fund raising.
They had one short sentence explain that "the funds will be used for built form houseing".
Should they explain things like: is the fund is going to be invested in the JV management facility? If yes, what percentage of the interest what is the expected investment return and what are the terms of the JV? what are the due diligence they did? How the products' credential? and many many other questions.
No wonder the share price is in 70% discount to the NTA.
The most disappointing is the lack of details of the company's...
