It is worth noting that WPL's bond is an unsecured debt at a lowly 4.5%.
FAR are looking to borrow US$350m on a secured basis at 9-10% with the US$150m unsecured Mezzanine facilty likely to come in at 14% (12% + LIBOR per FAR's presentation notes today).
