.. well .. as an oversubscribed shareholder, with PE still pending, I am prepared to continue to show patience and cling to the thought that the sun will potentially shine on FAR a little brighter between now and the 28th December ..

.. I have never seen this idea of a 'conditional equity raise', which possibly provides the light at the end of the tunnel .. just a thought .. no evidence to offer but ..... from the article shared be Damnyank:

Why is it conditional?
The release explains that the shares issued under the placement are conditional.This is upon gaining shareholder approval at a general meeting to be held in January. It also depends upon the receipt of a credit approved term sheet for an underwritten US$350 million senior debt facility by the end of December.

.. this timeline intrigues me, consequently all appendages are crossed that PE is a reality, the need of the funding disappears and shareholders are able to vote against the CR placement .. pigs might fly but it is a phenomenon I would enjoy viewing .. a thought rather than an opinion, from an optimist as distinct from some of the faux realists, who know as little as I do about PE ..
