IMO the SP will improve on any PE outcome, as the uncertainty surrounding it will be gone. (I stress that is IMO only, more a gut feel than solid analysis).
The loose logic is that I can't see any outcome that is materially damaging to FAR, and I can't see that any possible upside from a positive outcome is priced into the current SP. In short, a win is cream, a loss removes an obstacle.
IMO the SP will improve on any PE outcome, as the uncertainty...
