base you seem an ideal candidate for the JV regardless of what the JOA states and affords each party its only if it suits. does anyone have any facts that the JV has issues!
WPL are just following their business plan the same as FAR so why does anyone have any issues they are just looking out for their shareholders. the same can be levelled at FAR and the time is fast approaching when we will see who has done the best job.
you could always see how CN and the board operates when you review the approach and presentation of SAMO so we are where we but we still one or two things to play out
