It's difficult for anyone to comment on the positive and negative of JV financing as against what FAR have put in place as we only have details of the latter. DB does have a clear statement from FAR which is more than others but we have no idea of what the details were. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the JV get on and also the asset costs of any sell down.
