    Mezzanine finance of USD $150M and Macq secured finance of USD $350M.

    Total debt of USD $500M. To succeed, this company is so dependent on the price of oil remaining at or above USD $65 pb and hoping there are no delays in contruction.

    This is like a replay of the STO mistake.
