The way I see it is that cash flow from operations is enough to cover admin costs (including salaries) so I think any funds raised will surely go to development.
I am also glad with a minimal raising at 17c. I was expecting a lot more dilution but am glad with just over 9M shares. When we reach further milestones more can be raised at higher prices.
