The way I see it, it's like an off-market trade. Like selling some of your shares to a relative for an agreed price that's lower than the current sp.
I don't believe it will have a negative impact on the sp - especially as esg is confident they will be snapped up.
The news may propel the sp higher when it resumes trading.
The next two months are going to be full of action in the gas sector.
