I also think that this must have been a largely done deal given the size ( provided it's successful ) .

It'II be real interesting to see who participated.

As for the " material upgrade " , I think this term has been used before. I assume it is now being referred to because the water problems have been fixed and that new flowrates are imminent. In fact , it makes me wonder if some new reserve data has been " helpful " in getting the underwriters on board.
