That is what it sounds like. But, that may not be the case.
As the shares are going to be sold as a bookbuild, they (with a little luck), may fetch more than that.
Lets wait till all the eggs are hatched before we start doing the heads count.
Lets hope that it is at least around the current sp, otherwise we may go back down a little to that placement price, while we will be getting/suffering more dilution to our holdings.
On the other hand we may be offered an SPP, and as long as it is not for a maximum of say $5,000 per holding, it would be okay for the ones who want to keep their percentage of holding as they were before this placement.
