    alfred all the REIT's are leveraged in this case around 35% I read today, with the impending revaluations in this sector like GPT who revalued their Shopping Centres down 11% yesterday. I've not worked out this one but say it goes to 42% their fund may have told investors that they wish to keep the LVR between say 30% to 40% so the raising goes to keeping them within that range.
    My concern and own other REITS is that when the numbers roll out in July and they show lower rent or renegotiated leases then a further revaluation gets done and so more money is raised. Interesting times.
