When will these REITs ever learn.....
must keep gearing below 30% at all times, including the good times.
Silly to wait for a crisis to occur and then decide oops... need to get gearing down....
did they not learn from the GFC....
a diluting capital raise at a discount is not good for shareholders but unfortunately is necessary.
used to own this for several years but glad I sold early this year. Might buy back in at lower price with sensible gearing later this year.
