I’ve been reading the prospectus and it’s just a rehash of past promises and hopes! I had resigned myself to selling at a large loss and certainly not participating in the cr but then in the last few pages there are a few gems!
The two new directors are being installed- Finnes and Everett are being replaced as we speak and in a giant leap of faith the new directors are taking part or ALL of the their pay in performance rights - talk about faith in the company’s future!
i am now seriously considering participating in the cr
The newbies have strong ( decades) sales experience into China and that was always the company’s weakness
i realise I will never recover my losses but this maybe a way to minimise them
