As bitter a pill this is, i believe this was the only way forward for ERA. I have posted previously that without identification of further resources ERA were on a slippery slide to nowhere a stheir resource base dwindled.
At least now they will be able to fund an exploration program.
Perhaps some might feel RIO should have funded it or bought them out. Not going to happen unless ERA find some more U in the ground or RIO shareholders would protest and rightly so imo.
Take some time but all you need is ERA to identify U308 and they will go up again.
Whether you stay or go depends on your entry price and how long you are prepared to park your cash and readiness to for go opportunity elsewhere.
