    Oh yes, now that MDL have got the dredging running well, have paid for the refinery upgrade, furnace lining etc, mineral sands prices moving up, the Frenchmen want to take over with a low-ball bid and cream off the profits.
    Hope the bigger stakeholders reject the piddly offer as totally inadequate and opportunistic.
