Interesting they didn't manage to lockup a 19.9% stake before going public. Remember the top 20 shareholders control almost 88% of MDL.

Allan Grey have sold only 16% of their stake to ERAMET. Enough to get ERAMET interested...

MDL book value should be about $1.61 at current exchange rates.

ERAMET are trying to steal it. More to come I reckon.
