exactly. who cares others' wishes. But US, Germany and Japan has been supporting Mongolian democracy for last 30 years. joining SCO means Mongolia will be part of Russia/China block. and be same as Kazakhstan/Belarus and no longer any discussion about democracy? that is the dilemma for Mongolia in my opinion. So will wait for major news otherwise this project is in quite freezing mood now? Nuurstei delayed, railway delayed anything we wait now in near term?
