The time frame has been extended. So basically told yes we want it to go ahead even if the massive undertaking prior takes a little longer. They're not saying you can't make the original time line so we're going with someone else. 'Targeting June 2019' there are three large milestones with big announcement coming over next few months and an overall increase in max capacity allowance for the rail = bigger profits pa once up and running.. you'll see a few get scared here but SP has come @ a steady growth.. not just full of pip traders.. overall this is good news as we are pushing ahead
