agreed , that is it in a nut-shell, the $5M funding for completion of the remaining conditions precedent is available once guarantees of rail upgrades for the Mongolian Central Line are given by UBTZ Railways, JSC. This alone may just be the catalyst for a re-rate as it further de-risks the project, allowing Aspire to focus on Nuurstei for near-term cash flow. Things are just warming up .
