The mates at BSN could never afford to pay up the ERHCA, this way they get 10m or so ERH and with the ERHO's finishing next month the register will be cleaner and easier to raise money, that's what this is all about.
The only "fly" could be BSN,will then be able to sell their ERH, I'm sure their strapped for cash!!!
