Too true about the history of Eridanus, Dell. I recall Mark Zeptner saying a while back that Mt Magnet had produced about 6m oz over the 100 or so years it had been operating and he thought it would end up producing near enough to 10m oz. My (foggy) recollection is that he said that at a time Ramelius had rising hopes for Eridanus. Then the wheels seemed to fall off and those projections about Eridanus were not getting hit. Now another twist and it seems that persistence and competence and a dollop of luck is paying off.
Anyone got concerns about the grade being 1.7g/t? I suppose when they have the likes of Penny and rock from Musgrave it works out okay.
