US 10 year will hit the teens in 2027. US government debt will hit $40 trillion by February 2026 at the latest. The US are on the pathway to default and bond markets(namely the bond vigilantes) are going to drive the US 10 year well over 10%.
The US are screwed and so too the rest of us. If you borrowed heavily to buy a house in Australia in the last decade, you'll likely end up in negative equity. Property is going to get annihilated.
