    difference is that Allana is on the Ethiopian side of the border - and the border is closed, meaning they have to truck potash to the port Djobouti- ~ 500 ks away! STB's license is the only one with access to a port nearby.

    Nice lead on China jv tho - the chinese are very friendly with the Eritreans.
