They noted that allocation will be scaled based on holdings at the record date.
So I'm expecting someone already holding $200,000 in shares, might receive the full $30,000 allotment.
However someone else holding $20,000 might only receive $3,000 allotment.
Rather than a %allotment of what you applied for.
