It looks like that, the volume to get thru the current 14.5 - 15.5 needs to be much larger than it has been to become support rather than resistance.
once that happens there isn’t much holding it back with only 60 million in the register.
be wise to take a position and wait for those rock chip announcements to see what it really set to take place. don’t want to miss it if it does run hard.
