it’s nothing like that.

all that’s happened is TR has transferred his holdings out of his own name and into Sorrento. He did the exact same thing with his GRE holdings, also on the 7th of July (see GRE change of director’s interest notice 7/7/23).

in both the ERW and GRE notices it says this is due to a corporate restructure. If you go to the Sorrento resources website it says TR is employed as a technical consultant. But I’m guessing for TR to transfer his holdings into Sorrento, the corporate restructure could be TR having a more senior position at Sorrento, maybe even directorship.

Look at it from Sorrento’s point of view: they now own 7% of GRE, whom have shown to have the Li grade, spodumene and peg strike. And if ERW also have the goods like we hope, then Sorrento now own 18.42% of ERW. If GRE and ERW have lithium deposits then this is a brilliant move by Sorrento
