Yeah, the real key thing here for the region is infrastructure - I dont know of another area (maybe bald hill area) with as good proximity to labour (town),. roads, power, port etc etc. I think thats a big reason for AZS being so valuable other than tonnage.
So the smaller players if not gobbled up for AZS play, could have a go at a smaller mine and still be very economical (CXO size), and consolidate shipments.
