I wouldnt compare the performance of RDN to ERW.
For starters the way RDN promoted and timed their cap raising was the right way to do it.
They released results, got the market excited and then put their hands out and gave the holding to "healthy" investors with less dilution.
PLus they used a reputable firm MST capital to manage it.
ERW raised money before any results based purely on nearology and they used the pits of the industry CPS Capital to raise the cash at a massive discount with high fees and excessive option plan. The shares are given to punters who look for a quick buck and explains why the share price got smashed below the raising price. Appalling.
So ERW has a shitty shareholder base that cap gains and frustrate the true longer-term holders.
And do it all so far before results from rock chip results is the 101 of how to stuff up your future performance.
I was in AZS and RDN and now ERW and I can say thank to poor management decisions and no doubt self interest advice from CPS capital ERW is the ugly third cousin without better than RDN results.
Just look at what CPS did to HE8.
