what I struggle with a bit here is that ERW and GRE have the same management ( & ARV to an extent ). All the focus of management is over at GRE and they are drilling and doing stuff. Here I can see nothing happening for ages now, especially if the GRE drilling goes well. Tom and George should resign and handover to dedicated management and we might get somewhere
