It sure is painfully slow, but you have to decide if you believe in the land or not, and if you do like me the delay is a godsend to keep accumulating at crazy low prices.

I get some people day trade, swing trade, or T+2 and can't hang around. Obviously alot on here.

If RDN and AZS weren't 10x and 100x the cost of ERW maybe the wait wouldn't be worth it, but that's the facts. Anyone can look at ERW proximity to AZS and RDN discoveries and decide for themselves.

But ya gotta have patience, Toms got alot on his plate and no spring chicken.
