Yep, it would be silly for Hancock to strand the gas, but if she buys MINs gas projects and plant plan she can process there. STX could possibly do likewise, depending on JV terms in part I guess, or become stranded. Put it this way, if Hancock buys MIN and has her existing gas at WE she could run a pretty big plant and cover a few bases for her own businesses (local consumption) and 20% export with great margins. Why does she need STX...although the extra gas at WE would be nice to cover a large plant. She probably doesn't care about the rest, except it would leave her in control on PB and possibly peev of those at Beach. Battle of the billionaires.
