unfortunately, I've read of many SH who have scuttled their nuts on STX, so it's beyond a plaything for quite a few of 'em.
moreover, the enthusiasm is all too often succeeded by apoplexy....so it might actually be healthier for many to back away from the keyboard, go outside and enjoy the weather.
