It will be at the close price tomorrow as the index fund prices will match the close of a bunch of stock that are entering and exiting
so could snag a bargain if they attempt to manipulate the close auction price as nobody know's their average short vwap but I'm guessing its somewhere around here or slightly above. And as I speak they just bought a whole bunch of stock at 19c
