While there is a possibility of short term volatility in STX's SP, it would only make sense to accept WGO if you are wanting to sell STX immediately after your WGO share is converted to STX. Else if this move makes more sense for STX in the medium to long term in creating value for STX, and you plan to keep the STX shares you get from converting from WGO, then wouldn't it make more sense to accept the STX scrip offer?
