Warrago Issued Shares 1.223b
If the 1:1 offer gets across the line 33.261b Shares on issue.
Hanncock has firm commitment to at least 15.4% of Warrago which would give her 5.78% of a Strike/Warrago joint company, and that's just the beginning.
It's a very interesting time and strategies.
