It isn’t an announcement because FLN has already indicated to market growth in numbers, and that this quarter will see growth in revenue (although there will be USD headwinds).
The market has chosen to ignore those projections according to the share price.
I’m of the belief the quarterly will be very healthy, whether this will result in share price appreciation will be seen. But it sure looks like there is still plenty of growth in freelancing ahead.

I think Matt is super smart, and the team is full of top notch people. I think they often struggle to just keep it simple.
despite comments above, FVRR have done nothing meaningful in the last decade for their customers, just “here are services, they are cheap”.
Engaging with FLN is harder. Making it simpler would be good, and worth as much effort as building enterprise portals or watch validation programs.
