+1.04% more users joined between 18 July and 7 August, while only 0.85% more projects were added. I'd consider that a slight negative, since the ratio of users to projects in that time is worse than for the life of the business.
I'd say the projects number is more important than the users number.
My chart includes about 498 hours, so 1,792,800 seconds. 304,391 new users would be one every 5.9 seconds for that period. Know that this month may not be representative, since the year is pretty seasonal, as are the weeks. Eg. if you look at the number on a weekend, it'll be down.
I'm not seeing any noticeable improvement yet, but I'm watching and waiting.
