I agree! Even though I think that there is little chance of the escrow stock being dumped, resetting the escrow to a date 12 months later would be a clear message by the board that they are confident of MSM's future. Buying 20-30M shares on market for a prolonged period would certainly restore some faith too.
I'm still confident of MSM turning this around but I would like the board to put their money on the line just like the rest of us have!
