    I have mixed emotions about this.

    On one hand I'm glad the escrow event has taken place. It has played out exactly like I suspected, hopefully we can now move on.

    But on the other hand be warned, this is NOT a true volutary escrow that is binding. If the shit hits the fan watch out for a dump of shares as the founders can and will dump their shares.
