    Obvious down-ramping. It is a binding agreement for $1.1m. Can you please explain how signing a binding agreement is not a guarantee of sales for ESE?

    Whether or not the parties choose to renew deals based on whether expectations are met will not be determined until the future so everything you are saying is just speculation based on what?
