ESG report... not a good sign. The company should only be focusing on its core mission of creating new treatment methods for various types of cancer and pushing them through the 3 phases of trials and final acceptance. If a company is too busy looking at the ratio of males to females and carbon scores in my mind its a red flag as
1. we aren't basing hiring off merit. 2. we aren't looking at utilising funds correctly. 3. we aren't thinking about creating value as our first mandate for society and shareholders but have ESG as a primary mandate 4. we are waisting mental bandwidth of the team on useless ESG ideas that mean nothing to what CHM is trying to do and add value to.
